Pear Creations

My moms pear tree is dripping with fruit. Spiced pear jam called me when ever I looked at the pears. We collected buckets of pears, pealed them, mixed them with sugar, cinnamon and a perfect potion was made. Presents for the holidays are stored away. We opened a jar later in the week to eat on pancakes, spread next to peanutbutter and scoop on ice cream. The girls smiles were from ear to ear.
